Cassidy's giftware items are designed in Australia and manufactured in Greece by skilled artisans using the highest quality materials. Each is a copy of an old Byzantine Icon worked on canvas by experiences hagiographers with the unique skill of hand-made seriography. It is mounted onto a wood backing. Where silver is used in the piece it is 950. Sterling Silver and the gold gilt is 22k. Each piece is faithfully reproduced from the original item many of which are in the Benaki Museum Athens.
